I'm a LCSW who owns her own private practice...realizing I hate it. I worked in the hospital during the entire pandemic, I can't do patient care anymore. I'm spent- mentally, physically, emotionally. Has anyone transitioned out of direct patient care to anything else they would recommend?

Does anyone here suffer from bipolar disorder? How do you manage it and working in law? I see a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and am on medication, but I still have days where I wake up and I’m so depressed I can’t move. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in.
