My company, Pegasystems, is agressively hiring for Senior Solutions Consultant (presales) positions nationwide. If you are interested in working for an amazing company with market leading products and a great culture, please message me. Happy to discuss further. Assuming you are reasonably qualified, I can provide a referral as well.
I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Connections... see if you can have one-on-ones with members of the ELT, or even your boss' boss. Connections, mentorship, etc. are how many Leadership jobs happen.
People Management Skills... transitioning from individual contributor to people manager can be a challenge. See if you can get some direct reports and eventually get a "Manager" job title.
Successes... managing two products sounds impressive, unless those two products are failures. Look for hard "outcomes" from your work, such as increases in sales/revenues, improved NPS scores, fewer IT support calls, etc.
Thank you!
You will be needing to shift from worker bee to strategic and values of the work. Delegation will also become more and more important.
I would start looking at possible CPO type events or organizations to get involved with. Some product folks go to local community business groups to drum up business.
I have heard that Learning sales or sales techniques can help a ton at that level.
And signing up for toastmasters or public speaking, presenting, etc will help with professional presence and networking.
Thank you!
