However, the super long working hours (like 13-14 hours/day) is killing my productivity and gives me no time to relax. I just wake up, work, and go to sleep. Now, I'm offered an internship role, including a full-time job, from P&G's Finance department. Though I'm not a fan of finance, it offers me decent working hours, a nice career path, company culture, but a lower salary. What do you think?

Spouse’s family in MN so considering a move, but I make DPW scale currently (am a litigation associate) and the salary estimate I got from a firm in MN would be 40% less than what I currently make! I have been stuck deciding between two offers (both in IC, but one is more program analysis -similar to consulting work but on the fed side, and actual analysis).

The program analysis offer is at a higher GS level and a more well known agency, but is not what I’m interested in.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make a decision? Go with what I want to do, or go with the more well known agency and higher gs?
