Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
Accenture Please provide your insights. This is my first switch so I ne more exposure

Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated

Lots of reasons. What's been particularly hard this year, though, is the forced return to office (which includes forced relocation for many), constant lay offs, YoY decrease in total compensation and increasing workload while in a hiring freeze.
To add to all of that, the way the top line leaders (Andy Jassy and his directs) have handled communication of each of those items has been piss poor at best.

NY will have the highest pay ban but Seattle will generally have more long-term opportunities. Although, there are many options in all 3 locations.
I've worked for Amazon a long time and have, overall had good experience. However, this has been the worst year at Amazon by far. Company culture is taking a nose dive
