I’m currently working as an implementation consultant for HCM software and I’m really nervous about transitioning into sales. I know this is where I can build a better future for myself, my family, and be compensated based on my effort and results. However, I’m not sure if sales is the right fit for me. What are some good ways to find out if this career path is a good fit? I don’t want to end up in a position that I hate and regret.

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?
