Had a salary discussion with headhunter, who really lowballed me and told that the employer is not going to pay more than X.
The final interview is scheduled for tomorrow should I be expecting any salary negotiation during the final interview or after or is the number that I informally agreed to with a headhunter is set in stone?
How bad is it if I refuse to accept the offer? Will I be banned from working with that headhunting firm?

What's an average every level account person get paid in Boston??

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

I am planning on asking for a raise in my base salary and I am unsure what the market price would be for my skills at a staffing agency. I am in the top producer at my company with over 50 producers.
