I'm looking into a certificate for programming. I'm a beginner, what are some good all encompassing certificates to get for starting out? I'm actually just starting with HTML so the absolute starting point would be best for me. Im going through some at the Microsoft website and that looks like a good place but I want to know other available resources. I'm not interested in a school or paid courses, only free.

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?
