TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

How do you keep track of your tasks and projects?
Lists ! Which works well for me when I’m good. I just find them hard to upkeep when I can barely bring myself to brush my teeth
I think it really depends on the type of relationship you have with your boss and their temperament in general. If you have a good relationship with them, and they’re genuinely and understanding person, I think they’d be willing to work with you and make accommodations. If they’re judgmental, seen them be harsh on other employees, etc. let HR know instead of them so you can log it. In case your boss tries to retaliate later.
Meditation. Exercise. Be still and remember who the fuck you are.
Sometimes less is more when it comes to sharing with managers. In my experience it makes it feel more complicated and they can’t fix it, they can only remove work which puts your livelihood at risk and adds to the big bad thing. You can keep things simple. You’re goal is not to fix everything immediately, it’s to check in with yourself. Try to separate the idea of work from your own inner feelings (at first). If you can take a day to regroup and do nothing complicated so you can try to start to find out the source of your feelings, I’d recommend it. Even drawing with colored pens or painting random lines just to let out some stress could be helpful and move some feelings through. Don’t be hard on yourself, you’re already perfect. Work is not a measure of your worth and your health and well-being will always be more important.
