In a situation where my loan with a lender is up. I have to refinance the loan. 10k of refinancing. If I refinance, I can get some of my money out. Repairs on property is still 70-80k. Idk what to do. If I sell to another investor, I can lose 50-80k. If I just refinance and get some money out to finish, there is still hope for profits, despite all of the interest and fees due to delays. There was a delay due to a stop work order. Lost a shit ton of time. It’s resolved now but damn.
