I would choose second one since it is important to have reasonable pay with the experience and a room for growth so you do not feel stuck.
2nd one but would prob negotiate another week PTO
Where I am in life right now, I personally would take the first one for reduced commute time and the remote days. If you are prioritizing growth over flexibility, the second one seems like the better choice.
Within my first 3 years in the professional world if that would help you suggest one over the other?
I would be curious how looming the $75,000 raise was and how guaranteed. Because $12,000 is a pretty significant difference but $5000 is a lot more manageable. I'm leaning towards the work from home just because he'll be saving two hours of commuting and travel expenses, plus work from home days are just nice.
Was told raise would be effective in June when the new budget rolls out
What exactly is important to you? Which one others would take without understanding yourself and your needs/wants is not going to actually help you.
