Interviewed with a company called JL Clark. Wow what a crazy experience. I asked for feedback when the recruiters said they were not moving forward. They wrote that I called one of their employees "the little Asian man"

Curious, never met any Asian men on my visit nor do I know any of their employees. Totally fabricated! Then they mention I was casually dressed. I was wearing Khakis and a black polo from Nordstrom.

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

My yearly appraisal in on the way. I worked for the same client for the last year but in 3 different projects. I received client appreciations in all 3 projects and in addition I also helped my account in creating proposals, etc. What should I expect in terms of rating and monitory appraisal. I’m so scared to let a relationship that gives me anxiety go because I’m 36 F and feel like I’m not going to find anyone else. He’s not a horrible person, but he can be inconsistent. When I bring it up to him he says he’ll try harder but then always goes back to default.
