Was there in the heyday when they first moved into the Merch Mart. Many of the people have moved on but there are still some core people there. Culture is always good and the team overall is an intelligent group. Location is great. Train stops right in the building. Cabs line up at the building. Food court in the building. Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Great views within the office, pretty sunsets and night views.

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Scenario: US visa expired in 2021. Applied for a Canadian tourist visa to hopefully go for H-1B stamping in Canada once they open appointments.
Biometrics completed. Haven’t received any comm regarding my tourist visa approval. My partner already revived the visa long ago even if we allied together. Could it be because my US visa has expired? The reason I gave for applying for visitor visa was just for tourism purposes.
