Is EY gds allowing permanent wfh option? Has anyone heard from respective team lead of such news

I got an offer from IBM earlier they didn't discuss the salary and directly sent the offer letter, now I have another offer which is 1.3 lacs more than the IBM's offer. Will IBM counter that offer and provide matching or slightly more than what I received from the other firm?

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I’m quitting my job tomorrow morning. I don’t have a new job lined up. I’m scared, but also excited? I’ve felt under utilized for months, and haven’t had a promotion after two years. I never take risks like this, but life is too short. Is this a bad choice?

2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.
