"Need some help to understand and decide my career track."
I just began my career in ZS Associates at an associate level after completing masters from the USA. The reason to choose ZS was because of not having a lot of relevant work experience to land any data engineering/ analytics related job in Big Tech firms. Given that the technology is changing very drastically, and from work life balance perspective in the future, would it be wise to shift into tech companies asap before it's too late?
If anyone wants referal to Capgemini DM me.
Can anyone refer me to KPMG??
I’ve heard it’s a good way to boomerang back to big4 as MD/Partner at an accelerated timeline compared to waiting it out as SM
Dead end
Coach
Only had an extremely brief experience there but the organization has changed pretty dramatically over the past 4 years with basically complete turnover at the top back in 2018, and that seems to be happening again. Everyone I worked with had great technical knowledge as you would expect and everyone I met was nice, with the exception of a few lawyers.
Deadend are not true. Pcoab is a good pivot. My instructor once left big 4 as audit senior manager to lead PCOAb. He was able to eventually left pcoab due to offers from industries. As you can see he easily recieve offer because those diverse experience gave him an advantage than other senior manager does not have, he’s now a c suite in industry
It’s a good place to work especially if you want to boomerang back to public accounting as a P/P/MD as D1 mentioned. Progression internally is a bit of a challenge as the organization has matured. That being said, pay is comparable to public accounting and benefits are excellent, stress is much lower (unless you are the type of person that stresses over everything), and the organization has a lot of great people.
