Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I have an offer (DC) for 210 base/15% bonus/185 equity over four years, and I’m wondering what others have received, how much I can negotiate, etc. I understand base and bonus may not be negotiable, but I’ve heard that technical folks have negotiated equity packages 3-4x the amount I was offered - so is there a lot of room there? One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Ratings on three projects - 3,2,2. Utilization - 90%... Proposal hours - 15... Firm activities - 43 hrs... I then get a YE rating of 4 😕 ... How worried I should be regarding the layoffs???

Sports should be a way for everyone to come together for a few hours and root for teams; instead it's become a divide and an ugly conversation about race.

So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

Anyone have similar experiences or do I just suck at executive stakeholder management?
