Some people are scrambling to use it so they don’t lose it while others already ran out mid year. Personally I feel like I never have quite enough to really disconnect and enjoy time without checking emails. Do you think the amount of PTO your company gives is fair or do you wish you had more?

I was given an additional title and more responsibilities last year as well but only a 3% raise for it.

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
