I've been in retail sales for about 12 years, currently in a company of about 2000 locations and lead my 3 state region in sales, and have been in that position for about 3 years. No matter how well I do I feel like my pay is no where near what I think I could accomplish in the right environment. Where do you think I should be looking for high end sales opportunities?

Hello everyone. I am looking to transition into the medical writing field, but I don’t seem to have the right type of experience. I have technical writing experience, but I don’t have experience with clinical studies or clinical trials. Does anyone have any advice on how I can gain more experience in this field? I am pursuing the AMWA Essential Skills certificate and am working on a master degree, but any other information would be greatly appreciated!
