I’ve learned a lot in therapy. But recently I’ve wondered if continuing to look inward is worth it. I’m not “stuffing” anything, but I can’t stand being aware of every damn thing. I can’t be the only one can I?

Agree with CMO, I get to a point of fatigue with all the talking and analyzing and then realize that I just want to put it all to action and live out what I’ve learned. Sounds like you’re there. And if you need to go back to therapy, you always can.

I think it’s definitely possible to over analyse things.

There comes a point where you should know you well enough to know how you feel about things and why without needing to over analyse everything.

Here is my current cocktail: Caffeine 400mg (200 when I wake up then another 200 when I go to the gym 30 minutes later), Modafinil 150, Bupropian XL 150. I used to take adderall but it made me crazy for lack of a better word. Looking to add a stimulant for focus. Suggestions? Currently deciding between Ritalin and Vyvanse. Also, I know I’m a stim junkie I was taking adderall for 20 years so my tolerance is pretty high. Please keep it positive and helpful thanks

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. Has anyone else noticed they’re stressed without “feeling” stressed? I don’t feel as stressed as when I was in college. However, I’m still on the job hunt and I think stress is manifesting itself without me realizing it. My skin is showing really bad acne, I feel unmotivated even to fill out job applications; I’m having trouble falling asleep at night and even though I sleep past noon sometimes I still feel tired during the day... I started a new job recently and then had my PTSD seriously triggered, plus a panic attack. Felt so on edge and low on emotional resources for over a week that I wasn’t myself and apparently really rubbed a few people the wrong way so I was called in for a talking to 😣.
