Anyone else commission only? My company has some teams commission only but everyone I’ve ever spoken to nowadays has some base salary.

About to be offered a position at Deloitte London as SC. Exp : ~9.
Visa sponsorship is needed. I foresee a possible negotiation on compensation from Deloitte.

Not sure of the estimate yet but I understand it would be 55-60k as per other fishes . Should I settle for a lower comp while employer pays one time sponsorship & migration costs or bear the migration costs self and chase a good salary . Which is better ?

CCTC 3.5, New offer 6.5 (not my best offer yet)
So I talked to my RM about my compensation, that it's way too low. Even the average fresher salary is higher than mine. And with 3YOE it doesn't do justice. I am barely managing my expenses and getting through the month.

My RM said you're a performer so I can push HR for 5.5. But 6.5 is not possible. I only mentioned 6.5 offer for supporting my statement.

Raise chat! I am approaching 1 year with my company and am unsure of how to approach my CEO when asking for a raise. When I first came on, I was given a 5% raise after 3 months. I was promoted at 5 months but just in title, and a lot of responsibility. I believe I am long overdue for a salary increase and the overall cost of living is insane.
