McKinsey & Company Just did my coaching call before my Mck interview next week and it was an insanely easy/straight forward profitablity case with simple numbers. I'm assuming they give easy cases during this call right? And my actual phone interview first round is harder? Or the final superday of interviews are harder?

Hmm it’s not gonna be insanely easy for the first round I can assure you
I figured. Just don't see the point in the buddy/coach if they give you a case miles easier than the real deal
Some cases have easier numbers, some not. It’s a bell curve
Yes but you cannot makes any mistakes for this reason to get to next round.
Makes sense. Thanks!
Hi OP - Also had a similar experience during my coaching call. What was it like for the actual case assessment? Was it more difficult?
The case library has a wide range of math qs, some are easy some are hard.
