Just hit 2 years at Deloitte, and been pretty unfulfilled by the work I’ve been doing in tech strategy (ie operational efficiency, product incubation, system/tooling assessments and transformations, etc). I’d love to do more pure strategy work, but limited options here.

Not sure if I’m not enjoying the type of work I’m doing, or consulting in general. Did anyone from B4 -> MBB find the work more interesting/fulfilling than at B4?

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. I am expecting an offer from a firm doing business law work but think this might be an opportunity to go to my current employer and ask for a significant raise, with new offer in hand. Any thoughts or advice going into this?

How do I stay relevant in the Salesforce ecosystem?
I am 24 year old Salesforce Developer with 1.5 Years of Experience. Coming back to Salesforce, I have worked on Salesforce Implementation of Small to Mid Level Businesses which required me to have an all-around knowledge of Salesforce(Admin + Development) on both Sales and Service Cloud. But I wish to specialize in one Salesforce Skill/Path and become an absolute master of it (CPQ, Vlocity, Pardot or tablu,Mulesoft). What path should I choose?

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. From a vault ranking perspective, is it safe to assume V100 is all sweatshop big law? Reason I ask is because I want to lateral but not to a gunning big law firm — want to stay in big law but not at the ones at the top of the food chain like I am now. Want some sort of work life balance and wondering if the “lower ranked” big law firms offer this? Could just be my fantasy though…

Just got out of one of my final round interviews. It’s been over 8 weeks of prep. Got a little nervous and may have messed up on the case, PEI went okay. Have the other later this week.
