KPMG partners, could you tell me what the implications are for taking 4 months maternity leave as a partner? I should be up for partner promotion next year and might be having a child as a partner. I'm guessing if you meet your targets, it doesn't really matter how much maternity leave you take as a partner but wanted to hear your thoughts on how parental leave (especially 4 months) affected your compensation, client relationships, teams, etc.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. $325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path.
