L1A visa question: I'm working at MBB and moved to Canada due to Visa issues. Now, my Immigration team is asking me to work on ONLY Canadian client projects so that I'm eligible for L1. Are you aware of any such eligibility criteria for L1A? I know so many people from Big 4 who go to India offices and continue to work on US clients, and then get L1 visa.

Looking for advice on business trips. My boss kindly asked me if I want to go meet a client out of state along with business folks. It will be my first visit to a client. But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain.
