Let me tell y'all: If someone tell you don't apply for a job because u don't have the exp. a degree. Just Please apply. I know people with degrees making $40-50,000 a year(sad). I applied for a job as an Claim Audit, didn't even have a lot exp. Like 4mos. And I got the job and it pays $64,000 (not alot) but it's ok to me without degree. Just remember you will get trained I been there now for 7mos and love it. I don't want to owe any school loans and not making enough to pay it back.

Hi all, I have a question regarding retirement accounts. I am not sure if I should choose a Roth or 401k (company has 4+2% match). Currently 23, base salary is ~100k and investments have brought 45k this year which has me teetering between a 22-24% tax bracket. Wondering what the usual tax bracket is of people retired (around 65yo) as I’m not sure anything would bring in significant income with the exception of investments. In my case would a Roth make sense? Appreciate any answers!!

I am surprised and concerned about the fact that a lot of my colleagues do not have good excel skills. I literally had to show someone higher rank than me probably 30ish, how to do a “find” in excel for the workbook. This isn’t limited to people who have been out of school for awhile. This also includes new hires and staff, and seniors. Partners forget about it.
