How does one get into compensation? Did you start with payroll?
I’m a Manager of training and development and I work completely remote. I’m the only one in my department so I take care of all the administrative pieces and the “big picture”. I do virtual training, leadership workshops, sharepoint site creation and administration, Customized skills training and LMS administration. I’m at 82k. Very curious about where others are at who do this. Any insight?
