I recruited for hvac/construction roles, healthcare roles like nurses and doctors and now I am recruiting for craft, IT, finance, engineering, admin, project management roles. I’m bilingual, I handle 60+ reqs, hire about 15 a week, have exp w/ ATS’s. Any suggestions on companies hiring? I’ve applied for months on indeed with no luck. Cost of living is to high now

What's more important in selling an idea?

I’m having a really hard time with my changing body. 13 weeks, I don’t have too many bad side effects of pregnancy or anything so I consider myself lucky (no nausea ever etc) but I’m depressed at work, my skin is completely broken out and showing new broken face capillaries, and I’m not showing a bump yet so I just feel fat and big. I don’t know where this “glow” is but I look in the mirror and literally am grappling with not recognizing myself :( it’s been impossible to find any clothes too.

Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.
