Bain & Company Looking for some advice folks; I've got an MBA and 10YOE (6yrs in external audit at PWC, 1 year in an FP&A role in a top 5 bank and the last 3years in a strategy & transformation role first in banking then in a leading insurance company). Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction.
