Hi all,
Need help , can anyone let me know if Accenture is giving work from home as of now ? I mean i have been offered, and the HR is telling me to collect the assets from the base location and the policy of dispatching the assets to home location is no more. Now initially it was communicated it will be work from home for at-least 6 months now i am building trust issues to join the organisation.

Best consulting firms without the massive ego?
McKinsey & Company Has any industry experienced candidates pivot to MBB Engagement Manager before? My roommate works at FAANG as Senior Analyst (Ops, 6+ YOE) and was approached by McKinsey & Company recruiter for an EM role. He hasn’t done consulting before. Would this be too much of a risk? His goal is to pivot to PE S&O eventually.
Move dilemma:
Currently @ Arthur D. Little Limited Dubai as SE Manager w/ base comp of 285k $ + 10-15% bonus. Vert limited fit w/ people & projects in the region (MEI) & not motivated by seniors. Not happy w/ the job but good WLB. Very likely to promote to Pr which would include a 20-30% jump in total comp but shift to more variable
Move to MBB as PL. Projects & people are supposed to be great and he could see himself in the long run. Comp is 170k $ + 60% bonus. Will take 1.5y to move to Pr

Moved from Deloitte to GH for the higher pay with a TS clearance. First project was at a decent pace, WLB wise. 2nd project, no WLB. It was only about a 3 month project though so I survived. 3rd project decently paced with random break neck speed moments but few and far between. Current project, an actual complete joke WLB wise. By this I mean, there is hardly anything to do and I am loving it and don't want to ever leave.
All projects within NSS. Hope this helps. As like other places, it all depends on what project you get on.
Not worth the move from Big 4.
@ op. I’m in NSS at GH. I am burnt out, hate my manager’s leadership style, and am ready for a change. It’s highly team dependent. My team is great but we are under staffed and our leadership doesn’t care. I’m actively looking for work outside GH
Highly team dependent. I enjoyed my team the first two years, but have not the past two.
