Looking to get a feel for pay bands - what should a Deloitte Consultant (Healthcare) in NYC expect as pay?

I have been offer Agile Coach role in SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, wanted to know about work culture, job security and any onsite opportunities company providing for long staying employees.

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? I’m not at ACN anymore so not looking for ACN-specific advice.

Worried because of my salary at my current company I am pricing myself out of opportunities to move into a rep agency that could eventually give me the opportunity to buy into it.
