Pick the one your instincts tell you to go for they are both fantastic options
BCG!
What are your priorities for your internship and ultimately your permanent position? How does each firm match with those priorities? Both firms have excellent reputations, so very difficult for us to answer this question in the abstract
I would generally agree with BCG2 on prioritizing cultural fit...but I’m also hoping the OP has some opinions on his/her priorities
Offers from both? Congrats fellow former Accenturer!
Have worked at Bain SF. Go with the one where you connected w the ppl more. Feeling like you’re part of the office community w good relationships will cushion you against the inevitable tough times in this job.
Try to understand local expertise a bit better. Also, be mindful that Bain is more focused on CFA (or at least in my market). Just try to figure out if you'd like that or prefer to avoid it?

Thanks all - I have a pretty good idea in my head on which one I prefer, mostly based on people & culture and the work each firm does in SF but wanted to see if I’d get any other angles & perspectives I hadn’t thought about by throwing this out there.. 🙂
BCG!!!!
Bain SF is a solid office - essentially the Boston of the West Coast (which essentially means you have the resources and network of HQ). You’re not at a disadvantage by being there. Just prioritize cultural fit, like others say!
