Sure, the Daily Signal is totally unbiased (sarcasm). Corporate DEI is not based on a single study, because multi million dollar companies don't like to just throw away money on vanity projects based on a single flawed study. Also, as a DEI HR professional let me just say that the vast majority of DEI initiatives are simply telling managers "hey don't be racist, sexist, ableist, homophobic and transphobic in the workplace please". That's it. It just so happens that when you teach people to question their unconscious bias they stop hiring only people that look like them.
Yeah, not surprising there. Lots of Ivy League virtue-signalers here with very little real world experience.
