Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) org

I’m currently in the pipeline for a Data Scientist role with the ISD organization at Microsoft. Team seems great so far. Can anyone share their experience with the ISD organization (especially the technical / engineering teams) ? Where does it sit in terms of quality of work, WLB, and culture compared to the broader Microsoft ecosystem? Most importantly, how is job security?

Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

Any job leads? Feel like I’m under paid, been working property and casualty for almost 5 years. Started an us position this year making only 49K. Barely can support myself honestly

Is a 110k salary fair for UX Designer in a f-500 organization with the following responsibilities:

Wear many hats in UX, for 7 separate digital products
Flows/Logical solutions for the business
Manage entire design system for the 7 products
Do UI design for the 7 products
Provide spec work for dev teams for each product
Random graphic design requests
Lead a team of 3 designers
Do manager role to organize the work under agile design sprints with Jira boards (daily scrum, refinement, grooming)

AmLaw200 I interviewed with will likely go with a “more experienced candidate”. I’ve got 8 years and its a staff attorney role so whatever. Partner I met with was rushed from the start like he had already made up his mind. Pissed because they knew from the recruiter that I was a “diverse” candidate and they sent me the Mansfield self-identification survey days before they actually requested an interview.
