I thought that getting back to my regular walking regiment after busy season would solve the weight gain...it's not helping

Just started medication - adderal helped but if I didn’t take it for a day the withdrawal was UNBEARABLE. On vyvanse now.. tbh feels like my brain fog started when I started meds?
