Ask her. Say you’d like to do something nice to show your appreciation but would rather it be meaningful or specific to her instead of it just being a token.
I’d go with thoughtful gesture like bringing in her favorite Starbucks order or a breakfast pastry or box of chocolates to go along with a gift card and hand-written thank you. Don’t think the amount has to be all that much. I’d also send out a public acknowledgment calling her awesome and cc’ing the partner on the case (like when the filing confirmation goes through I’ll forward it with a “Thank you so much for all your hard work on this, so and so! You really went above and beyond!” and cc the ppl who should know)
I would ask the paralegals and legal assistants in our bowl😊 you can get great ideas
Money. We like money 😄
In addition to the things mentioned above, you should give her stellar reviews and advocate for her to the partners for raises and bonuses.

Gift certificate for a massage or facial!
I second this.
Gift card to a great restaurant, spa day, or cash with a personally written note thanking her for having your back.
My boss once gave me a gift card to a day spa, and another time a gift card for me and my spouse to go out to a nice dinner after spells of late nights and favors. I appreciated it very much.
Is this not normal? Most filings are near midnight and I have them all the time…
It is not. I didn't learn this wasn't normal until I left a firm that was a cluster.
