My brother who has been a manager in retail the past 10 years just graduated with his MBA. What kind of roles / companies would be open to someone with his experience and qualifications? Should he expect to come in at entry level or manager level? For awareness he is based in CT but open to remote roles.

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
