Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

Haven’t been in positions where I could say no…and I’m in senior management.
That's a tricky situation to be in. I usually weigh the pros and cons, who will know about this project, is it something that I can put on my resume? Then I go from there.
That's a decision I would really have to think about. Even if the project isn't visible to leadership at the present time, I'd consider how my work on it may look at some future point. And, to be honest, I'd have to think about whether I'd find the work interesting. If it was something I found personally engaging I might do it regardless of who's looking. YOLO!
