Your 401k probably won't offer ETFs. If you just meant index funds, something like FSKAX or FXAIX is good.
Your 401k will generally give you a list of investment options that you have to choose from. If that is the case the exercise will not be useful. If you are given the option to invest in anything at fidelity for no additional fee, and you want ETFs, I would use some combination of VTI or ITOT with VXUS or IXUS.
For aggressive growth you may find some of the tech ones interesting, CIBR, SKYY, BOTZ etc. they’re probably not going to do well in rising int. rate environment but if its LT some of these may interest you

That is not an etf and you would pay fees to buy it at fidelity
