Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. I have an offer from Deloitte USI worth 8 LPA + 10% Variable (position: Business Analyst).
My current company (Not a big4 / tier 1 company) has now offered 9 LPA to retain me.
What should I do? Shoul I stay here or join Deloitte and take the advantage of the big4 and tier 1 company tag? I'm very confused - could someone please answer me?

Profile is entirely different at infy and it is from tech side whereas I'm from non tech background.
