My firm is sponsoring $5-$10k in certifications for me. They structure it as a reimbursement (so I pay up front) with them giving me a 12 month loan. If leave in the year, then I have to pay it all back.

Not planning to leave but found it interesting.

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
