My partner has student loans they took prior to us getting married but refinanced them during marriage - I am not a co-signer or guarantor. I am not listed on my partner's loans at all. Additionally, I have a sum of money I inherited prior to marriage.

For me, it's that you are in charge of your own career and no one cares about it like you do. Ask for what you want and make your own opportunities. Doing great work is a good first step, but it's not enough to really build the career you want.

Do you ever feel like people treat you differently at your firm because of your age? Like reverse ageism? As if you don't know enough or aren't competent enough yet? Just curious if others have ever felt this way.
