I just got a raise and want to start investing more in my skin/ hair! What are your favorite skin/hair treatments/ upgrades that have made a difference? Interested more in peels/ facials/ microneedling than filler at the moment.

I got promoted a few months ago with a small salary bump. I’m making within a normal sr. ad range, but I know I could be making more. Since then, I’ve taken on a lot more responsibility, and am effectively acting as at least an ACD level. Would it be wildly inappropriate to ask for more of a raise? I didn’t negotiate my raise with my promotion, which I realize I should have done.

How much do titles matter? Finally made the jump to ACD, except I’m brand-side and the company calls it a Creative Lead. I’m thrilled to receive the promotion and take on the responsibility. But at the same time I imagine my agency peers thinking “wtf even is a creative lead?”

Thoughts on taking a paycheck for a “promotion?” Would jump in title but make less money. Probably make more work but in fewer lanes. Indie traditional agency -> social content / production shop.
