Goal is to
- gain muscle on arms, chest, & thighs
- lose fat on belly, chest, & face

Plan is to
- Eat clean (more often than in the past).
- Exercise 10/15 mins after wake up
- Keep metabolism up during the day

This week’s metrics:
- Weight: 250.6 lbs
- Biceps: 15.5”
- Waist: 44”
- Face/cheek diameter: 23.5”

Need someone to keep me accountable.

I know that struggle all too well. Sometimes it just feels like metabolism has totally quit! But the things you’re doing will work over time, so don’t be discouraged 🙂

WEEK 16 UPDATE:
Meals were similar to the previous week. Due to increased activity on my wrists, they were quite sore. So, apart from stretching & handstand drills, I didn’t engage in much exercises.

Weight: 242.6 lbs (1.8 loss)
Biceps: 17” (0.25 loss)
Face: 22.20” (0.05 loss)
Waist: 41” (0.25 loss)

Thanksgiving week is a fattening week. Not looking forward to the measurements.

Yeah.....it was a deliberate 24-hr food abstinence. Work was hectic as usual, but I would have done more if I wasn’t resting my wrists.

WEEK 17 UPDATE:

It’s Thanksgiving week; meals were 50% good pre-Wednesday and it came crashing afterwards.

Exercise was non-existent pre-Wednesday and it picked up afterwards. Most of my exercises comprise mobility & flexibility exercises as well as handstand drills.

Weight: 243.2 (0.6 gain)
Biceps: 17” (no gain/loss - I don’t expect this to increase without lifting weights and that’s not happening anytime soon)
Face: 22.50” (0.3 gain)
Waist: 41.50” (0.5 gain)

I’ll commit to a 5-10 min biking this week in addition to my regular exercises.

Any tips for organizing a bedroom, closet, dresser & bathroom? My teen has IADHD, and low executive functioning. Her room looks like a land mine. Clean clothes are mixed in with dirty, her desk is a disaster, she won’t let go of clothes she’s outgrown, drawers are open with clothes hanging out. A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help. Easier to organize w/o her but that’s not a solution.

Does anyone have visceral fat around their tummy? I’m 28F and people will look at me and thing I’m thin. However, if you were to see me in tight clothes, a crop top, or bikini you would see that all my fat is concentrated in a circle around my tummy/hips. Other than that area, I would look pretty fit. Obv diet and exercise is key and I have begun focusing on the foods I eat more. Is there any other specific advice anyone can give for getting rid of visceral fat?

Curious what anyone thinks about cologne? Is it a turn on? I am not really into it.. but I just got a whiff of this dude at the gym and the cologne did something to me 🥰 It was really subtle. I tend to just like the way a man smells (not body odor but just natural scent) and don’t usually like it covered up, but wow this guy tonight 🥵 I might might buy some but i figured it would be gay to ask him “what are you wearing” because that prob isn’t something the bros at the gym do.

a few weeks ago we had a super busy day with scripts and i think i went into ‘autopilot’ because i don’t remember it happening, but i handed out the wrong prescription to someone (before you get mad, i only started a few weeks ago and i’m a junior assistant), out of all people i could’ve given the wrong medication to, it was a blind person. i have severe anxiety already and want to know some tactics to go back to work without guilt? i take guilt very heavy and struggle to get past it all

My manager feeds me 100 chole bhature & then my tummy hurts so I ask her to give me a leave but then she declines my request and feeds me 1 more plate of chole bhature then I die because of excess gas formation inside my stomach, then I poop & become alive once again then my boss notices that im alive again and feeds me 109 plates of kadi chawal and this goes on and on and on and on

Getting life insurance so they drug tested me. Now they want me to fill out a form that basically asks me to certify if I’ve EVER done any of these drugs. What the? Who hasn’t EVER?
