New joiner at deloitte and trying to move my preclvious company’s 401k to vanguard as I open up a new one here. Should I do 401k before tax contribution or 401k roth? If I do 401k roth, can i move my previous funds from fidelity traditional 401k to roth? Ant recommendation?
