"Cagency" folk, how are you finding it?
Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

There were many things like this that happened there coupled with one where I was told I “very aggressive” etc etc. It was a government funded entity where innovation went to die and I always feel like outing them. They made me feel like I wasn’t good enough (save for two people who actually saw potential in me and vouched for me). I am now at a top firm and have grown immensely. I really want to go back and stunt on those mofos kind of like a “my father is inigo montayo, you killed my father prepare to die moment”.
I support this!!! Stunt like yo daddy. That’s what the song say😌
As much as it hurts, I think the only thing to do is move forward. You made it without them and that is all that matters. Treat them as your growing moment and part of your success comes from them from having to prove them wrong. They don't matter anymore, only your future.
It sounds like you've made great strides in overcoming much of the adversity you and many of us have faced being POC in law (or in any field, TBH). I say hold your head up high and keep pushing forward. If anything, draw on these past experiences and how far you have come for additional motivation to keep proving them wrong.
Ugh that's so annoying, the snowflake complaint REALLY gets to me bc I just don't think it's that big of a deal to say 'hey. I don't like this.' idk why boomers take everything so personally lol
I can relate to this.
