Not sure where to ask this. I went and had a wellness visit and a visit to check a torn rotator cuff at my local hospital system in July. I had Aetna through KPMG.

November 1st I switched to my wife's health insurance through her company.

I just got a letter in the mail Friday from the hospital. My wife's insurance rejected all of my claims, didn't pay anything, and I owe the full balance personally.

Shouldn't Aetna have paid this? Can I go and make Aetna cover it retroactively?
