Do you Smoke?
Check on Vitamins... Lockdown and wfh made us deficient to vitamins... Pls plan full body checkup...
You seem to have anxiety issues, and mild-moderate depression. You don't have brain fog, panic attacks right?. Heaviness on chest is depression symptom.
Please visit a psychologist & psychiatrist. Start medications (I know they aren't good, but till you cope up), start cognitive behavioural therapy. Most importantly, check your vitamin & hormone levels.
Also, come out of sedentary life, engage in physical activities like gym. You may feel really bad at times, but don't give up. Depression is far worse, avoid at any cost.
