Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Seems fair to me. I'm a b9 w/10 years experience making 156k (they are also paying for my grad school). Annual raises aren't great but alot of other benefits that are competitive.
Yes, networking is key, and you have to find a team that really values you it's a retention play for them but I also have been able to apply what I'm learning and show the leadership this.

Look at the stock price. Ibm has been a sinking ship for a long time. Research what their current and ex employees think about how they treat employees.
As for the offer- I was internal strategy (not pjm) at b8 a decade ago at 170k b8. Big tech generally pays 50k+ more for this kind of role when considering base + benefits. Not sure if for example salesforce vs ibm is a fair comparison though

I am planning for my masters in the US. I have 3.5 YOE recieved my band progression 2 months back. Is there an option to join back IBM after completion of my masters or will I have better opportunities? Suggestions are appreciated!
