Ok so, how are my fellow job hunters coping with the current hiring market?

Four months into the job hunt and fatigue is kicking in. Holding on tight to my “values” but feel a sell out situation brewing. Rent is due every month! 🥲

So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. What does this mean? This is for a marketing specialist role. I’m asking for $70K bottom line
