Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

6 across the board - I can tell they're trying, but I still wish I felt more valued in every way. I've asked for more money, and they say they can't pay more, but I just don't get it with how much executives make. They keep us small by underpaying us and making us feel dependent on them for our livelihoods. I'd love a job where I don't always feel like I'm trying to perform well for better treatment. Is it too much to want to be valued for exactly who I am?
Treated good, good support, but could always be compensated better. 7/10
I get paid very well for the amount of work I do. I might get a couple bad interactions a day but the majority are good. Hybrid work is amazing and my pay is pretty good considering my experience. Support is probably the weakest part. I have decent bosses but they don't really have the time to mentor me.
