Hello! I created a tool to help save time when scheduling across many time zones: EAbuddy.com. It constructs an email with fully-formatted time zones, based on the locations of the people in your meeting.
It also suggests appropriate time windows considering the time zones of everyone in your meeting. Similar to timeanddate.com but it lets you skip the manual step of typing out the converted times and dates into a message. Has saved me tons of time, so I hope it helps you as well!

I’d love it if you’d email your clients and letting them know you’re being forced to pad your hours.
My previous company did the same thing because "lunch hour isn't part of the 8 hours you're supposed to work". Needless to say I quit.
This is common everywhere in the US goes up and down based on the goals of the agency and revenue forcasting- you realize that in some cases that extra works saves people's jobs and inother cases the company is just pushing out every dollar out of you
Thanks, that what I thought. Needless to say.... we are a bit overworked. Not much of a work life balance, and no (prob less) support in sight.
Our agency isn’t that blatant about it, but we’re expected to work 50 hours a week or more. They say we have capacity for mor projects if we’re under 50

I used to work at HH&Y and my boss always told me to tell my team to “take another look” or “give us 1 more concept” for no reason except to keep Billings at 112%

To be fair, they might be asking you to bill that way so they can hire more staff to help you. Finance won’t really allow more hires unless you prove your current staff are fully (or over) utilized.
